Across the street from legendary surf breaks sits this property located on two acres of horse pasture and tropical fruit trees. The ranch house consists of two separate rental units upstairs and downstairs.  A separate one bedroom cottage is also available.
The Best Location
 During the winter the surfing cannot be surpassed, but there is
always action for surfers nearby as there are so many great breaks
within a mile or so towards Haleiwa or towards Pipeline.  In the summer when the surf is down, the swimming is wonderful. Waimea Bay is less than five minutes by car as is Haleiwa town. Pipeline and Sunset Beach is less than ten minutes away.

There is great hiking nearby, horseback riding, golfing, turtle watching, kayaking, snorkeling, or gallery hopping and shopping in Haleiwa  
which also boasts great restaurants.   Turtle Bay is about 15 minutes by car
and Honolulu is 45 minutes away.  The Polynesian Cultural Center , the
beach where they film "Lost", and the Dole Plantation are all nearby.

It's like being on an outer island!

For large groups or small groups, this is a GREAT location to explore the entire North Shore of Oahu, or a place to stay and take advantage of
the beach and surf just across the street.  Just 45 minutes from the Honolulu airport.
